Wow! To say I loved this book is an understatement. I couldn't put it down! Let it be Us it the conclusion to Ariana and Canyon's story Let it be Me, so that must be read first. I promise that neither will disappoint.
This is a story about how far you can go when love conquers all. A story of forgiveness. It is real life and that is one of the things I love most about Barbara's work. Life isn't always sunshine and rainbows and Barbara portrays that in her works. Let it be Us drew just about every emotion from me, from laughter to tears, anger to happiness, and everything in between.
The characters are so well developed and I love the growth shown by both Ariana and Shelby, Ari's little sister. The plot line was intriguing with steady pace and there was just enough suspense to keep you turning the pages for answers.
Let it be Us is beautifully written and will stay with you long after you've turned the last page. I am very much looking forward to Barbara's next work as she never disappoints!

His eyes never left mine as he was being pulled away, and I
knew the future was ours as a family. Nothing could take that away from me
again. I watched his mouth as he silently spoke, "I love you." He was
pulled out of sight before I could respond, but we had the rest of our lives
for me to say those words. And I planned on saying them as often as possible.

for her son and daughter along side her amazing husband in rural Missouri. She
